Charles C. Lancaster

Charles Lancaster has 15+ years in commercial real estate management, zoning entitlement, website design, office product, apartment design, marketing and hotel asset management. His undergraduate education is European History and Classic Literature. His MBA degree from Georgetown University is focused on general business administration. Charles is an art philanthropist and chairman of The Urban Power Arts Commission. Lancaster speaks fluent Spanish and lived for years in Madrid as a sculptor and painter. Charles is the managing director of the Smart City 2030 podcast together with Spanish Architect Pablo González-Bootello, NYC based Museum Designer Emily Conrad, and Florida based technologist Terence Channon. Together they plan to launch Smart City 2030 in the Spring of 2022. Lancaster lives in Washington DC with Amy Lancaster, their two daughters, and a golden retriever named PAX.
